Local Enterprise Office Donegal has rolled out a suite of Border Brexit Programmes to help small businesses in the county deal with the challenges of Brexit. There are five key aspects to the supports available, all with the objective of helping businesses become more sustainable and develop plans to ensure their future growth. Green for Micro Programme

Border Brexit Programme

This programme will help you identify cost savings and improve the green credentials of your business. Apply to Local Enterprise Office Donegal for two days free mentoring with a consultant who will carry out a Green audit of your business and identify issues and opportunities. Following the initial audit, an additional three days of mentoring can be applied for – a Green voucher – to the value of €2500 at a maximum rate of 50% (Voucher is restricted to organisations with less than 10 employees).

Superior Retailing Programme

Border Brexit Programme

Successful participants will be supported by a team of retail professionals through this programme to help their business innovate and thrive through the challenges of Covid and Brexit in 2021 and beyond.

The Border Financial Management Programme

This programme is intended to assist those faced with the challenge of Brexit to get a better understanding of their costs and how to manage their finances. The programme will start on Tuesday, 23rd March and further dates include Wednesday, 24th March and Tuesday, 20th and Wednesday, 21st April.

The final strand of the Border Brexit Programme consists of a Border Innovation Development Programme to help businesses gain insights and innovate to become more sustainable and successful.
