The Local Enterprise Office has organised a workshop in partnership with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland to help businesses get a better understanding of Legislation for Food Industry. This workshop will run through all the elements that apply in relation to registering a food business, the food hygiene rules that apply, food hygiene training requirements as well as putting in place a food safety management system based on HACCP, traceability and labelling requirements.
Participants will get an opportunity to ask questions as the workshop will conclude with a Q&A.
