Food Works Accelerator Programme

Food Works is an accelerator programme for high potential, innovative Irish food, and drink start-ups. The programme is at the cutting edge of entrepreneurship in Ireland and aims to drive growth, innovation, and scale. It partners with ambitious, early-stage food and drink companies and works with them to achieve success in the domestic and international markets.

Food Works is designed to challenge and develop all areas of your company’s business plan across an intensive ten-month programme. The ultimate output of the programme is a comprehensive, investor-ready business plan that’s focused on scaling internationally.

Food Works was established in 2012 by Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland and Teagasc. More than 100 food and drink businesses have accessed the extensive support of Food Works to date. The programme includes workshops with industry experts, customised support from business advisors, facilitated peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities across the industry.

Food Works is looking for high potential, innovative, scalable, export driven food and drink start ups to join the next accelerator programme. The programme is eligible to early-stage Irish food and drink businesses. Applications can only be accepted from companies who have registered with the CRO within the last four years.
