Sharing The Taste of Home With The Donegal Diaspora

To celebrate St. Patricks Day from afar this year, we teamed up with Donegal Diaspora to send a message to those who couldn’t make it home to Donegal for our national holiday.

Thanks to three Food Coast Certified members, we were able to bring a piece of Donegal to people all around the world. Special thanks to Castlegrove Country House Hotel, Quay West Restaurant and Wild Fuschia Bakehouse for sharing these delicious Donegal recipes.
