A Taste of Summer with Brian and Friends

Arnolds Hotel presents a Taste of Summer, a delicious six course dining experience hosted by the hotel’s new Executive Head Chef Brian McMonagle and a selection of Ulster’s most high profile and award-winning chefs. For one night only, in the seaside village of Dunfanaghy, each chef will be creating and serving their star dish which includes one or more beautiful Donegal ingredients. The chefs and dishes are:
