This restaurant provides a relaxed and welcoming vibe, the bright and airy atmosphere make it a great place to visit at any time of the day.

You can drop in at breakfast time for a coffee, glass of freshly squeezed OJ with a bowl of creamy honey porridge with poached berries, or some French brioche toast with maple syrup, or you could go the whole hog with some bacon, sausage and eggs (poached, scrambled or fried).

If you are visiting during lunchtime , Benny’s menu has plenty to choose from, with a selection of fresh salads, like a spiced chickpea spinach and goats cheese salad, soup of the day, chicken liver pate with pear and saffron chutney with toasted sourdough, chowder of smoked cod, cockles, leeks and garden peas.  Benny & Co are also highly regarded for their fantastic fish n’ chips with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce, pan-fried fillet of wild Atlantic cod with chickpeas and tomato ragu, juicy beef burger served on a toasted brioche bun with tomato and cheese.  Whatever it is you fancy Benny & Co will have a dish to tickle your taste buds.

Benny’s selection of baked goods and desserts are quickly proving a hit with people from near and far, with people travelling weekly to savour the flavour. From lemon meringues to walnut banana bread and homemade carrot cake to sticky toffee puddings with whiskey ice-cream or the perfect panna cotta with  poached berries, one option better than the next to either eat in after your meal or take home to enjoy later.
