Freshly baked and using lovingly prepared ingredients, Blas Bakery offers distinctive, even quirky treats, gourmet sandwiches and salads, desserts and the best coffee.  Opened at Magheroarty Pier in January 2017, after Fiona Lynch, owner and manager, realised that there was a demand for more authentic, artisan baked goods.

Besides the freshness of their products and the fact that they bake everything themselves, they also offer customers a warm welcoming cafe with spectacular views of Inish Boffin and Tory Island.

Serving Donegal’s The Hatter Coffee, sourced from Columbia, Brazil and Kenya. The Hatter is a high quality coffee, slowly roasted to enhance the natural flavours, acidity and sweetness in the beans.

At  Cois Farraige Bakery they love bread and  bake and stock a wide range of speciality loafs from Traditional Irish Soda Breads to Treacle Breads, Teabracks and much more.
