All the team in The Thyme Out group have a passion for food and creating beautiful homemade dishes for others to enjoy.

Everything is made onsite, from the homemade wheaten brown bread that granny used to make, traditional apple tarts, carrot cake with a secret Thyme Out frosting, Bakewell tarts, Battenburg cakes, and a traditional Irish fruit cake that has been served to many visitors to our county including President Michael D Higgins and Prince Charles.

We carry that through our Thyme Out Tearooms in  Alcorns Garden Centre Letterkenny, our Thyme Out Bakery and our  Outside catering.

Thyme Out Tearooms @ Alcorns Garden Centre offer the perfect location to relax and enjoy our homemade tea and homemade scones served with jam and cream, sandwiches and savoury offerings. From morning coffee, savoury selection for lunch or home bakes and delicacies for afternoon tea we welcome you to relax with friends and savour the magic of our Thymeout Tearooms.
