Letterkenny’s first ever commercial Speciality Coffee Roaster! A venture set up by the team at The Counter Deli following years of tutelage under Scott Rao, the World authority on coffee roasting.

In terms of quality of the product, we’ve went to crazy lengths to make sure it’s perfect.

Richard used the World’s foremost speciality coffee expert as a mentor for two and a half years (using a small 500g roaster in his in-law’s garage!) to perfect his craft.

All beans are sourced as current crop (ie the coffee cherries will have been harvested in the last 6 months or so) ensuring that the raw materials are as fresh as possible, and we use a German built Probatone 12 roaster (the leading edge in coffee roasters).
