Enjoy a Friday evening demonstration and tasting of the finest local catch, brought from pier to plate at Brian McDermott’s Foyle Hotel.

This is a marvellous weekly experience for visitors and locals alike to taste local produce cooked within minutes of having landed at the nearby pier.

Chef Brian is passionate about this seafood and regularly brings the whole fish out to the table so customers can see for themselves the world class produce caught locally.
