During this walk and talk, guests will be guided to identify the different types of seaweed on the shore and learn about the associated health benefits. Rosaria has a wealth of experience and scientific knowledge about seaweed.
The passion she has for the sea and shore is clear to see in her wide range of products. Rosaria will share her expert knowledge during her cooking demonstration to ensure you learn how to efficiently incorporate seaweed into your diet.
The participants will be given a compact booklet with recipes and instructions to take home. Don’t forget your wellies!
