An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin is the only spirit distilled in Co. Donegal. At their distillery, situated just outside the village of Carrick on the Wild Atlantic Way, Sliabh Liag Distillers have perfected a recipe of eleven botanicals to make this multi-award-winning gin.
Six commonly used gin botanicals are used to create a robust base for the gin, while five locally harvested varieties of seaweed make this a gin as unique as the Donegal coast.
The intimate tour of the An Dúlamán Distillery takes approximately 45 minutes and finishes with a tasting.
Guests may also taste Sliabh Liag Distiller’s blended whiskey, The legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey.
Groups are welcome but must be no larger than 12 people and must book in advance.
